Here's how it works: In an email, answer the 3 questions below, add pictures/videos of you and/or your team or results of the challenges, send them in to us by May 2nd, 2018. See below for details.
The Prizes
- WEBSITE FEATURE PRIZE! Many of you have been posting your progress and results in the #30Days2Grow Facebook Group. We're extremely chuffed by your engagement. Send us a high-resolution photo of you and your team and next year, we'll feature you on the website as being past participants!

- FEATURED INTERVIEW ON THE PHOREST FM PODCAST! Respond with photos/videos, and your name will automatically be added to a draw to determine the winner. Must be available for an interview on Thursday May 3rd or Friday May 4th, 2018.
Email must contain: answers to the 3 questions + any photo/video of your accomplishments during this challenge.
- VIDEO PRIZE! We know you've got videos skills, we see it all the time on Instagram! Send us your very best video describing your experience and we'll feature you in our promotional video montage for the #30Days2Grow 2018 edition!
Email must contain: video of you with describing your experience and answering the 3 questions.
- VOUCHERS! Whether it's a 5-second or 5-minute video, written answers to our questions or photos, make us wish we were part of your amazing team! As a thank you, we'll send you a voucher (we're keeping the 'for what' a surprise!).
Email must contain: answers to the 3 questions OR video OR photos - anything to give us a bit of feedback!
